As a follow up to our conversation the other day, please let Dan know our reaction to the service Carol and I received. A well spoken and charming young man introduced himself and took our details, showed us a car, took us for a test drive and sold us the car. We were so impressed with his manner and manners, his knowledge of the product and the lack of a hard sell. When he told us he was 18 with 3 weeks in the job albeit with some prior work experience, we were amazed. A credit to his parents and to Newton Honda and an accomplished musician? He will go far. I am writing to say how pleased my husband and I were last week to have been helped by Dan Noble, a new member of your staff. Dan first assisted me the week before when I was collecting my Honda Accord following a repair. My husband had suggested that I have a look at new or fairly new cars while at the Honda showroom, as our amazingly reliable 15 year old Accord was becoming less dependable. Dan was helpful, informative and pleasant. Following our discussion, he contacted me, asking if we'd like to proceed further. We arranged a date to test drive two cars. Again, Dan was most helpful. He was able to describe the positive qualities of the car we were interested in, with energy and enthusiasm, but without making us feel under undue pressure to buy - an excellent approach for us. The result was we were relaxed and glad to buy, and now we are very soon to be the owners of a new Jazz Ex. We were also assisted by Terry Learner, and by Jody Jackson in finalising the sale. They, too, provided an excellent service, but we wanted to write concerning Dan particularly as we know he is new to your team. I would just like to express thanks to Joe, Jodie and the team at Newton Honda that prepared the new Honda Civic purchased in April. We made 3 visits before settling on this car but didnt feel pressured at any time. All was carefully explained from the choice of spec to options through to finance. Our car arrived at Newton Honda and was ready for us a week earlier than expected. Joe dealt with us from the beginning through to handover which was a comprehensive introduction to the car and concluded with a very nice touch which I wont say anymore to avoid spoiling it for others. It was also well worth taking the Diamond Brite option, particularly when you first glimpse your fully prepped car. We are very pleased with the car. It is a great ride and has lots of features included. Well done Newton Honda.
