Newton Honda CSI Awards It’s been quite a six months for staff at respected South Croydon car retailer Newton Honda. The outstanding customer service the Brighton Road dealership offers has earned employees a top award from Honda (UK). It’s for car sales, and comes on the back of a similar award for servicing and aftercare handed out earlier in the year. Both prestigious honours are part of SpeakBack, a targeted national customer service feedback programme. Co-ordinated by Honda (UK) and in operation since 2005, it uses a team of dedicated staff who telephone a sample of customers who have recently visited Honda dealerships across the country. These customer comments determine which dealerships win. Dealer Principal Aaron Pennington said everyone at Newton Honda was thrilled to get the second award, particularly as it’s for a different area of the business. “It shows the earlier honour wasn’t a one-off and that our customer service philosophy runs throughout Newton Honda. We recognise... Wed, 22/06/2011Read more |
